What is Hydroseeding?

Why Hydroseed              Care of Hydroseeded Lawns

       Hydroseeding is a blend of seed, wood & paper fiber mulch, and water. The slurry is mixed in a hydro seeder and sprayed through a discharge hose onto your yard, bare spot, hillside or disturbed soil. The seeds germinate more successfully and the new seedlings thrive with the greater protection provided by the mulch.

  Hydroseeding can be the fastest way to plant a lush, green lawn and It costs just slightly more than older dry seeding methods of seeding and mulching (using hay) and is from one-half  to  2 times less than the cost of sod and  it's installation. Your lawn will be hydroseeded with a tested, high quality turf mix. Unlike traditional straw mulch (which is loaded with weed seed), hydroseed mulch has NO weed seeds. Your hydroseeded lawn will come up much faster than dry seed and there is no worry about whether it will "take".

Our seeding systems are the fastest, easiest, and at the lowest cost way to get a lawn.

• Are applied in one fast easy step. 

Straw is not required. The contact of the seed with water gives faster germination. The hydromulch will not stain if it accidentally gets on walks, driveways or houses. 

We use top quality Turf seed and Native grass mixes. (custom mixes provided at additional cost).

We use only the best mulch on all of our projects. paper fiber mulch with tackifier that makes mulch hold better when applied. Easy Mix binds the mulch fibers together, and also helps bond it to the soil. Easy Mix provides better germination conditions for the seed, and also helps to prevents mulch from washing away. Easy Mix will improve the results of every seeding application, and it is especially effective when seeding on slopes.  Hydroseeding is very cost effective.
